The upstairs shared bathroom has a combo tub/shower. Two ground floor bedrooms have queen beds, and the last has a Twin. The ground floor full bathroom has a shower and there is an additional half bath on the ground floor.
• The open floor plan allows for the combination of kitchen and dining area with large dining table that seats 6. Stainless appliances include a propane stove and dishwasher.
• The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and is comfortably situated with two love seats. The stairway from the lower level is protected by a decorative steel fence, and opens into the back of the living room.
• There is a smart TV in the upper floor living room enabling streaming access to common platforms using your own accounts. In the open ground floor entryway, there is a desk setup for folks looking to setup their laptop to stay connected to work while away. Wi-fi internet access.
• Lovingly monikered The Barn, this property has a large ground floor garage with a single bedroom, bathroom, large entryway and laundry room on the ground floor. The upper floor houses the master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living rooms. A large covered porch with outdoor furniture makes for a great place to relax in the warmer months, watching wildlife and waving to the passers by.
• There are individual air conditioner controls for the upstairs bedroom, the upstairs living area and one of the downstairs bedrooms. Two of the downstairs bedrooms do not have air conditioners. This recently built property is a minute walk from Aspen Market, a couple minutes from Davis Beach public access and only a few more minutes to the entrance of Ponderosa State Park.
• Situated on Davis Ave, but with private access not directly on Davis, this property has a large parking area for trailers and vehicles and looks out over a softball field to the east. Walking paths and the McCall Golf Course are all within easy on-foot access as well.
