Elk Ridge is a vacation rental home that is perfect for gatherings and getaways of all kinds – reunions, retreats, and intimate escapes. There is room for ten people, so bring two or three families and come enjoy all that the Payette Lake/McCall area has to offer. And don’t forget to bring the family pet – Elk Ridge allows for up to two dogs!

In the great room there is a gas fireplace with dark stone, lending a cozy feel to this giant space where everyone can come together. - Master bedroom has king bed, next two bedrooms have queens and the Game Room has two sets of bunk beds with twin mattresses. The loft also has a queen bed but only limited privacy.
- The kitchen is huge – big enough to keep your whole company satisfied. There are two sinks, a large island, granite countertops, and a side-by-side fridge. The rustic beauty of Elk Ridge continues in the kitchen where the cabinetry is a gorgeous knotted wood. With a stainless steel stove, oven and microwave all cooks will feel at home here. The adjacent dining room makes eating in a fun group event.

Deposit, Fees, & Taxes
A cleaning fee of $285.00 will be applied to each booking. A damage deposit of $400.00 will be charged and held until the property is deemed to be free from damages from your stay. Deposits are typically refunded 7 business days after check-out. Taxes vary by location, however all applicable state and local taxes will be added to your booking and paid to the respective taxing agencies as required by law.
Booking Procedure
You may book online through link above, or contact our office directly to book (we will contact you via phone to obtain a credit card). Partial payment is due at time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Rentals shorter than 31 nights are subject to Idaho state and local taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, but may forfeit all or part of third party fees such as those charged by VRBO.com or other online booking services.
