What to expect once you reserve a property with McCall Vacation Properties.
1. Confirmation of booking, credit card receipt.
2. Link to a rental contract you can sign and return online.
3. Email from McCall Vacation Properties with restaurants, activities, etc.
4. Driving Directions to property and Access Code to Lockbox for keys along with arrival instructions, sent 14 days prior to arrival.
BASIC TERMS OF THE CONTRACT:
CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM
ALL PROPERTIES ARE NO PETS AND NO SMOKING UNLESS SPECIFIED
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests in the unit is limited to the number of persons specified in the property description. Additional guests will result in an immediate termination of this rental agreement and forfeiture of all rental fees.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the total booking cost is required for deposit to secure your reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the unit rent. Please make payments in the form of check or money order to MCCALL VACATION
PROPERTIES. You may also pay by credit card using MasterCard, Visa or American Express. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival 100% of the remaining balance is due. Upon receipt of full payment amount due, McCall Vacation
Properties will email Guest a final confirmation of the reservation along with driving directions and the Property’s lock box code TWO WEEKS prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made thirty days (30) days or more prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations that are made within fifty-nine (29) days or less of the arrival
date forfeit all advance payments, and changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit all payment in excess of payment for the shortened stay. There is no refund of any rent for cancellation or early departure. CSA Trip insurance is available to cover trip
cancellations. (Please inquire) SECURITY DEPOSIT PROTECTION - This Security Deposit Protection Plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy
will pay a maximum benefit of $3000.00. Any damages that exceed $3000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result
of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000.00. Security Deposit Protection is $49.00. It is your responsibility to report unintentional damage
that is caused to your property.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No pets or evidence of smoking are discovered.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started.
d. A key is left in the lock box, and another two sets are on the counter and home is left secured.
e. The garage door opener is left on the counter (if provided) $75 replacement fee if lost.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. Guest will vacate property at the agreed upon time and surrender it to McCall Vacation Properties empty of all persons and Guest’s personal property.
